About ARADA - Sale

Arada Arada was created to build communities that enrich, engage, and inspire their residents. Arada is the region’s fastest growing and most progressive master developer. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Dubai, Arada’s initial focus has been on the Emirate of Sharjah, where we have launched three successful master-planned communities. We are focused on delivering beautiful homes, surrounded by world-class facilities, for a highly competitive price. We are dedicated to putting the needs of our customers first. Prioritising them allows us to always do more and do better – for buyers, partners, stakeholders, and the communities we serve. Developments Aljada Launched in September 2017, Aljada is by far Sharjah’s largest ever mixed-use project and a transformational community for the Emirate. Featuring extensive residential districts, a creative quarter, a modern business park and a large leisure and entertainment space, Aljada is one of the largest and most exciting new communities in the region. Masaar Launched in January 2021, Masaar is an upscale forested community that sets a new standard for community living across the UAE. Designed to provide an active, healthy lifestyle, in a green and leafy environment where residents spend more time outdoors than indoors, Masaar is the UAE’s first ‘post-pandemic’ master-planned community. Nasma Residences The development has quickly become Sharjah’s fastest-selling community when its first phase sold out in less than a month in early 2017. Nasma Residences includes six residential phases, an international school, a mosque and two neighbourhood parks. Nasma Central, a community retail and shopping hub, and Nasma Central Park, which includes a host of sporting facilities, are also located within the master plan. The focus of our first year of operations has been the Emirate of Sharjah. Our objective is to deliver the kind of communities that Sharjah deserves, and to aid in its transformation to become a truly global city. The two communities that we have launched so far, Aljada and Nasma Residences, are fulfilling that goal, generating significant interest from various stakeholders, including investors, end users, partners in both the private and the public sector and the media.
