Makeen Properties LLC

At Seraaya Living, luxury real estate is what we do. From off-plan opportunities to secondary homes and rentals, people are at the heart of everything we build. We believe real estate is about relationships, not just transactions, which is why we focus on creating long-term connections with our clients and staying with them well beyond the sale. Affiliated with major developers, we work with family offices, international clients, local investors, and retail buyers, helping everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors find the right fit. We’re not just here to close deals and disappear. Whether it’s buying, selling, leasing, renting, or navigating the after-sales journey, Seraaya Living stays by your side, making the process smoother, smarter, and a little more enjoyable along the way.
